Here are complete, unedited text of letters that were written by two of my best former commercial clients--the first discontinued as I could not meet their strong growth needs; the second moved.

To Whom It May Concern:

Evan Teed has been employed in a custodial capacity by Escents Aromatherapy since November 1998. I made Evan's acquaintance in August of 1999. Since that time Evan has been consistently a pleasure to work with. On a business level he has provided myself and the other managers with a schedule of appointments for which he was constantly prompt and punctual. In regards to the level of service he has been maintaining the retail and spa floors extremely well with a strong attention to detail.

On a personal level Evan is a very pleasant and interesting person. As each of my staff members have met Evan they have commented on his warmth and now look forward to his visits when he comes.

I am not sure what Evan requires this letter for, however, upon his request I didn't hesitate to take the opportunity to let someone know how much I appreciate him and his work. He has made an impact and positive impression on all of those who have met him through this connection. I wish Evan luck in all of his present and future endeavors. He is a truly enjoyable person and an asset to whatever he chooses to apply himself to.

He has been readily flexible to adjust to our changing schedules and readily accepted request for special cleaning immediately following a party we threw last year.

I can wholeheartedly say that Evan's cleaning has more than met our expectations and am fully pleased with his service.
